E-Scrip (Electronic Scrip) is a revolutionary fundraising program that allows participating merchants to contribute a percentage (from 1% - 10%) of your registered card purchases to St. John Vianney School. There is no fee paid by the participants.

PROCEDURES:
To register a NEW supporter, please pick up an eScrip form from the school office, go on line to http://www.escrip.com and complete the registration form or complete Registration Form attached

IT IS IMPORTANT TO PUT YOUR FAMILY ACCOUNT NUMBER ON THE REGISTRATION FORM.

NOTES:
eScrip purchases are reported annually between the periods of March 1 to February 29.
eScrip is approximately 90 days behind in reporting purchases to the school.
The school requires 6 registered supporters from different households to meet their fundraising commitment (must be registered by October 1st ).
SAFEWAY:
Safeway requires participants to swipe their cards when making a purchase for the school to be guaranteed credit.

Please remember the family is responsible for keeping their own escrip records.
Please make copies or save any email information concerning your supporters. The school will no longer keep escrip records on file. Any escrip information that is given to the school will be disposed of after it has been processed.
