E-Scrip (Electronic Scrip) is a revolutionary fundraising program that allows participating merchants to contribute a percentage (from 1% - 10%) of your registered card purchases to St. John Vianney School.  There is no fee paid by the participants.

• Please take the time to establish your “eScrip family account”.  You will join over 3000 St. John Vianney Families and Friends who collectively contribute upwards of $2,500 per month. eScrip rebates apply to your fundraising commitment.

• Register your grocery cards (Safeway), credit cards, and ATM/Debit cards.  Each time you use your card with a participating merchant a percentage of your purchases, whether at the grocery store or at the mall, will be contributed to St. John Vianney. 

• Other family members and friends can register and designate St. John Vianney as their supporter school.  Complete one eScrip Registration Form for each participant.

• SJV requires you to register a minimum of 6 E-Scrip participants by October 1st.  For each participant short of this goal a $50.00 fee will be charged.

To register a NEW supporter, please pick up an eScrip form from the school office, go on line to http://www.escrip.com and complete the registration form or complete Registration Form attached escripform.pdf

IT IS IMPORTANT TO PUT YOUR FAMILY ACCOUNT NUMBER ON THE REGISTRATION FORM.

1. Please make a COPY of the registration form for YOUR RECORDS and then return the form back to the school through the Wednesday envelope or walk in to the office.
2. Volunteers from the eScrip Committee will pick up and process the registration form for you.
3. After the volunteer registers your form it will be filed in alphabetical order under your family name.
4. The supporter name, supporter ID, and family account will be inputted into the eScrip database.
5. When eScrip is downloaded, the information will be updated on your family report.

Online Registration PROCEDURES:

1. Register by going online to eScrip.com.
2. Go into Sign up.
3. Identify your group by ID#137646862
4. Follow the step by step instructions.
5. After filling in your personal information in the Mandatory fields and click the ACCEPT button.
6. Before CONFIRMING the registration, verify the information and then PRINT out the form.
7. After you have printed the registration form, click on the CONFIRM button.
8. Write the Supporter ID number and your FAMILY ACCOUNT on the PRINTED form and turn into the school. ATTN: eScrip committee.

NOTES:

eScrip purchases are reported annually between the periods of March 1 to February 29.

eScrip is approximately 90 days behind in reporting purchases to the school.

The school requires 6 registered supporters from different households to meet their fundraising commitment (must be registered by October 1^st ).

SAFEWAY:

Safeway requires participants to swipe their cards when making a purchase for the school to be guaranteed credit.

Please remember the family is responsible for keeping their own escrip records.

Please make copies or save any email information concerning your supporters. The school will no longer keep escrip records on file.  Any escrip information that is given to the school will be disposed of after it has been processed.
