Catholic Schools Week

National Catholic Schools Week is the annual celebration of Catholic education in the United States and began in 1974, launched by the National Catholic Educational Association (NCEA) as an annual event. It starts the last Sunday in January and runs for 7 days, this year the event will start on Jan. 31 and ends on Feb. 6. The current theme is “Catholic Schools: Faith. Excellence. Service.” Schools typically observe the week with Masses, events and other activities for students, families, parishioners and community members.
